Touring car and rallycross racer Johan Kristoffersson will contest next month's Rally Sweden as part of his preparation for the 2016 FIA World Rallycross season.
The 27-year-old will pilot a Skoda Fabia S2000 prepared by his family-run team Kristoffersson Motorsport, running in the WRC2 class.
The Swede first made a name for himself in touring cars, having won the Superstars Series, the Scandinavian Touring Car Championship and Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia in 2012.
He would go on to win the Porsche series twice more - most recently sweeping it in 2015 with 13 wins in 13 races.
His first foray into rallycross came in 2013 and he returned for a full-time WRX campaign last year, picking up a maiden win in the season opener and ending the season in third.
Kristoffersson has been confirmed to return to the series this year with Volkswagen RX Sweden alongside 2012 European champion Anton Marklund.
His career is overseen by EVEN Management, who also have Andreas Mikkelsen and Pontus Tidemand on their books.
Among other notable WRC debutants in the Rally Sweden entry list are Oscar Solberg, nephew of Petter, and Emil Bergkvist, reigning ERC Junior champion.
