After finishing second or third the past few weeks at Williams Grove Speedway, Salfordsville's Fred Rahmer knew the wins would come. The Salfordsville speedster, chasing a record-tying fifth straight Williams Grove track title, watched six different winners emerge in seven races. And he wasn't one of them.
