Dollansky scores a 4th place finish at Lernerville

Three days after sweeping the hometown Polydome Princeton National, Craig Dollansky and the VMAC team hit the road for a grueling swing out east that will include 11 races in 15 days. The first stop was in Sarver, Pennsylvania at the Lernerville Speedway. Lernerville, a high-banked, 4/10 mile clay oval, played host to the World of Outlaws Sprints for the first time this year.

Dollansky was the first to qualify and set the VMAC Maxim into the 17th position with a lap of 13.342. A Heat 1 finish of 2nd and a Dash 1 finish of 6th put the "Crowd Pleaser" into the 11th starting position for the A Main feature. Dollansky pushed the VMAC Maxim across the stripe in 4th position, passing the 20 of Danny Lasoski on the last lap. The Lernerville finish moved Dollansky into 6th in World of Outlaws Sprint Series standings with 2404 points, one behind 11H Paul McMahan.

The team heads to Mechanicsburg, PA and the Williams Grove Speedway for the first of five straight days of racing action. Stay tuned to dollanskyracing.com for all of the details and updated results.
