Henderson has gleam in his eye for rookie quest with WoO!
(2/9/2006 Barberville, FL) Justin Henderson the 2nd generation racer that has blazed a name for himself at tracks such as Husets, Knoxville and Eagle Raceway is as excited as he has ever been for a racing season to start. The Dan Dan the Sonic Man D1 Schnee has a new look and Henderson has an attitude to go with it. The team is also being joined this year by Motul Oils and Fluids, Pro-Blend, Rod End Supply and Fast Wings with more to join soon. Justin's dad former racer Rod Henderson has been slaving to provide the power the team will need to carry it into what is expected to be a very tight rookie battle. While Henderson knows he is an underdog, that just gives him more incentive to achieve.
"This is just unreal." Said the Sioux Falls, ND resident. "When the split happened Dan was the first one calling me saying hey let's get on this WoO deal we can race with these guys and I have confidence in you. That was a huge boost and my dad being there telling me the time is now as well as my wife giving me support, it just has not all sunk in yet. Excited is not the right word at this point. We are really working hard on bringing in a marketing partner and have several that we are close with but right now my focus is racing and top finishes."
"I don't mind being an unknown." Continued Henderson. "That just motivates me more to make the results on the track speak for me. Dad has busted his butt on our motors and I think some people are going to be surprised when they see the package we bring on the track. The chili bowl was a cool deal this year but this is the real deal. I think it will hit me that I am an Outlaw when I strap in for hot laps tonight."
