World of Outlaws Cancels California Openers HANFORD, CA (February 9) - The torrential rain that has fallen in southern and central California in recent weeks has taken its toll on the race tracks in that area, forcing the Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series to cancel its first two races of the season.
