Motorsport.com continues to add to one of the world's largest motorsports online media portfolios as the company today announced it has signed rights to produce and distribute an online video program entitled "Inside the WEC."
Gérard Neveu, CEO of the World Endurance Championship, said: "The WEC is attracting a lot of media attention and we are pleased that Motorsport.com has decided to produce and broadcast this video series entitled, 'Inside the WEC'.
"The global reach of Motorsport.com, and the fact that the video will be available in several languages apart from English, will help broaden the appeal of the WEC around the world. We look forward to following this excellent series of videos throughout the 2015 season."
The agreement includes territorial rights for non-live distribution within North America and represents the second online video program for Motorsport.com, which also includes the popular "Inside Grand Prix" series.
By 2016, Motorsport.com is positioned to have the largest motorsports video library in the world.
The next episode of "Inside the WEC" is scheduled to be online May 6, 2015 highlighting the WEC 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps and remains available on demand at Motorsport.tv.
