Newly-crowned Formula V8 3.5 champion Tom Dillmann will be returning to FIA WEC's LMP2 category for the 2016 season finale at the Bahrain International Circuit.
Dillmann, who made two WEC starts with Signatech Alpine in 2015 - taking an LMP2 class win on his debut at Shanghai - will be racing alongside former teammate Sean Gelael and Giedo van der Garde in the Jagonya Ayam-backed #30 Extreme Speed Motorsports Ligier-Nissan.
The 27-year-old Frenchman, a GP2 race winner and former German F3 champion, previously partnered Gelael at Carlin in Formula Renault 3.5.
But while the Indonesian moved on to GP2 for 2016, Dillmann remained in the rebranded F3.5 category and went on to win the title last weekend.
Dillmann and van der Garde step in for Antonio Giovinazzi and Tom Blomqvist, who shared driving duties with Gelael in the #30 last time out at Shanghai as the trio finished second in class.
