BARGS SAILS PAST 'TROUBLE' FOR A GREAT RESULT
Burning the midnight oil paid off for the Jana Living Racing crew at Sandown today as Jason Bargwanna made good use of his repaired Commodore in the 65-lap race.
The #14 crew had to totally rebuild Bargs' car after James Moffat put it in the wall yesterday, for which he received a stewards' penalty this morning.
The car was not right for qualifying but, after some fine-tuning, Bargs had a sensational race, coming from the back of the grid to P14 and easily passing Moffat in the process.
The final round of the V8 Supercar Championship will be at Sydney Olympic Park in two weeks' time.

"It was a great result to turn the car around over night after that accident with Moff [James Moffat] yesterday. We didn't have it right in quali but tuned it into a great racecar.
"It should have been two results like that this weekend and I see Moff made a complete fool of himself again in today's race, getting a drive-through for running into someone else. His actions just back up my comments yesterday.
"Passing Moffat was extremely satisfying. I caught the back of him quite quickly. We made a bit of contact and then, at the next braking area, I went to the outside and made a clean pass quite easily. I hope he was taking notes."
