1-POINT, 1 RACE SEPARATE KENYON COMBATANTS! ARMSTRONG TAKES ANDERSON 30-LAPPER & POINT LEAD

One point separates Caleb Armstrong of New Castle, Ind. and Drew Charlson of New Bremen, Ohio in their battle for the 2008 USAC Kenyon Midget Championship! Only one race remains on the calendar, October 4-5 at the Anderson (Ind.) Speedway.

Armstrong emerged with the point lead after winning Saturday night's 30-lap race at Anderson. He dominated the race, leading all 30 laps in his Bungee North America/Anderson Grain Yamaha to beat brother Dalton Armstrong, fast qualifier Dillon Welch, Charlson and Andrew Elson.

Armstrong's win tied him with Charlson for the most this year at five. Armstrong has three second and four thirds, while Charlson has eight seconds and a third.
