6 USAC FEATURES IN ONE RACING PROGRAM! ANDERSON HOSTS HISTORIC EVENT JUNE 11

Never before in 53 years of competition have six USAC feature events been conducted in a single racing program. But, on June 11, Anderson (Ind.) Speedway will host a historic night of USAC racing containing just that, six features!

The rainout of Wednesday night's "regional" tripleheader at the 1/4-mile paved oval has resulted in the scheduling of this unique event. It was originally announced that the Kenyon Midgets would be joining the USAC Sprint Cars for next Wednesday's "Banjo Glen Niebel Classic," but that is now not the case.

Two complete "tripleheader" racing programs will comprise the June 11 card, with heats and a 30-lap feature for Regional, Kenyon and Midwest/Indiana Ford Focus Midgets, followed by a second round of heats and 30-lap features for each series.

The "double points" night should attract a great field of entrants seeking a head start toward the 2008 regional racing championships.

In 2004 a previous rainout at Mount Lawn Speedway in New Castle, Ind. resulted in five feature events being conducted in a single program, establishing the USAC mark at that time.
