Portland International Raceway Notes & Quotes
Tommy Kendall -- Driver, No. 11 Jaguar R Performance XKR
"Paul has the big bull's-eye on him in Portland because he'll be switching to the 4-valve Jaguar engine some time after Portland and I really want to beat him before he switches plus, I have never won a race at Portland, and I would really like to change that. I think Pickett will be good benchmark of the Trans-Am competition in Portland since he ran so well in Long Beach.
Tomy Drissi -- Driver, No. 5 Jaguar XKR
"Portland is challenging, they say turn one in Long Beach is tough, well turn one at Portland is worse. My goal is to make it through that first turn and then kick butt. I can't wait to get back to Portland and use the experience I've gained since 2001 to better my track record."
Paul Gentilozzi -- Driver, No. 3 Jaguar XKR
"I am looking forward to getting back into the car, and on the Portland track. It's been some time since our win in Long Beach and the Rocketsports Jaguar team is itching to get the season in full swing. The cars are ready and we're expecting good results in Portland, where we've been quick in the past. Plus with so many talented drivers fighting for the championship title this season, the Portland fans are sure to see an exciting race."
