Saturday May 20th, 2000 - Marybeth Harrison, driver for Glacier Bear Racing will be starting at the back of the grid for Sunday's Trans-Am race despite top 20 practice times. Harrison explains: "We went out for one warm-up lap in qualifying when an oil cooler cracked and we started to lose water. I had no choice but to come into the pits. The good news is that we got the cooler welded and then went out to post some great times in the practice session later in the afternoon." The team plan from here is to work up through the field and try to score some points. "Not quite the position we wanted to be in for our debut race but we'll do the best we can with it." The race is televised live on Speedvision Sunday at 2pm EST.
