JOHNSON CITY, TN, February 22, 1998 -- Miller Racing and PLCDirect announce the adoption of Lions Clubs International, the world's largest service organization. The #64 PLCDirect Camaro driven by Johnny Miller will be carrying the Lions Clubs International logo for all events in 1998. In addition, the team will participate in media events and autograph sessions hosted at each venue by the local Lions Clubs. Miller Racing will be collecting used eye glasses and hearing aids in the paddock area at each event which will be turned over to the local clubs for recycling.

Johnny Miller, who finished 8th in Trans-Am Championship Points in 1997 and was the 1996 Trans-Am Rookie of the Year, hopes to use the popularity of auto racing and the Trans-Am Series to generate publicity and public awareness for the many worthwhile programs and services provided by Lions Clubs.

JOHNNY MILLER -- "We are very excited about adopting the Lions as the official service organization for the Miller Racing team. The Lions do so many worthwhile projects for their communities. We are proud to assist the Lions Clubs in their efforts to serve and I'm looking forward to visiting the local clubs and meeting the members in each of the communities where we race."
