STARNES WIN AT MILAN, TENN., IS FIRST OF YEAR: Robbie Starnes, taking the lead for good when polesitter Jerry Inmon's engine soured with three laps to go, earned his first victory of the year after a race-long battle with Inmon to win $3,000 in a Rick's Late Model Series race in Milan, Tenn. "I just lacked a few laps being able to stay in there," Inmon said. "Oh, I babied it and everything else those last few laps, just trying to suffer it on out because I knew it was down.
