While qualifying at a 18.228 and 17.742, Brandon Riehl set fast time once again. Not to far behind was Jeff Bailey who qualified 2nd in both mains. As the night got started in the first 40 lap main the 17 of Steve Thompson pulled out to the lead but was quickly overtaken by Bailey. Bailey in the 27 Frank and Son autoshop Chevrolet, dominated the field for 27 laps at times gaining a 40 car advantage over the second place car of Riehl. Meanwhile a heated battle was taking place as the 34 of Scott Walker came out with the position over Thompson on lap 26. On lap 30, the 27 of Bailey spun in turn 1 which brought out the caution and bunched up the field. On the restart the 34 Chevrolet of Walker, stayed on Riehl's bumper and remained there for the next 6 laps. After working feverishly during the intermission, all but the 8, would be ready for main event 2. The 17 Quizno's subs Chevrolet would be on the pole accompanied by the 97 Mike Olson Dodge of Jason Jefferson. As the field took the green, Jefferson gained the lead and stayed there for a short 4 laps. The 69 of Riehl quickly caught Jefferson. The two battled for a lap before Riehl finally claimed the position. On lap 8, Jefferson spun off the track in turn 3 but quickly collected himself back on the track. The spin resulted in a flat right rear causing him to pit. By lap 15 it was the 69 and 27 at it again. Bailey tried numerous times to pass down low, but Brandon had it covered. Bailey didn't have enough to gain the position and Riehl was first to the checkered followed by the 27 of Jeff Bailey, Scott Walker, Mike Zamora, and Steve Thompson rounded out the top 5. The victories raised Riehl's total to 4 wins in the NASCAR Weekly Racing series presented by Dodge.
