(June 18) Ron Allen set a new half mile track record for the SLM division Friday night at Toledo Speedway with a qualifying time of 15.662. Don St. Denis ran a superb race and came home victorious in the feature. Following closely behind were Dennis Strickland, Allen and Jimmy Thiel. In six races run so far this year there has not been a repeat winner in the division.

Fast qualifier, Rich Frantz won the 25-lap Street Stock feature after early leader Dave Rupp and Terry Humphrey spun early in the race. It was Frantz's second win of the season.

Randy Cronenwett won his heat and the Figure 8 20 lap feature over Dennis Whisman. Cronenwett and Whisman survived several close calls at the intersection. It was Cronenwett's third win of the season on the tight track.

Jeff Maran came home the winner in the 20 lap Factory Stock feature, his fourth of the year. Kevin Burnheimer spun and slid across the finish line backwards to finish second.
