PROJECT 2000 SEMINAR AT MILWAUKEE

The second of three seminars concerning the LS1-V8 engine will be held at the Milwaukee Sheraton Inn in the Moorland Ballroom. The hotel is located ½ block North of I-94 at 375 S. Moorland Rd. The seminar is on Saturday August 28, from 6 – 8 p.m.

The program will follow ASA practice, qualifying, and round three of the McDonald’s Drive-Thru Challenge National Pit Stop Competition. The sessions are designed to familiarize current and future competitors with the LS1-V8 package and its components.

This session will include aspects surrounding the installation of the engine into the current ASA car.

Representatives of Aero Tech Laboratories (ATL) will be on-hand to display and explain the new fuel system. There will also be a comprehensive discussion of the electronics by GM Motorsports Project Engineer Mark McPhail and the wiring harness by Bill Howe ll of Howell Engine Development. MAC Tools Representative Joe Balash will explain the Tech 2 Analyzer, what it is and how it works.
