FASCAR Sunbelt Super Late Model Series

BITHLO, FLORIDA - FASCAR drivers will open up Friday night at Orlando Speedworld in the FASCAR Sunbelt Super Late Model Series Orlando Dodge 125 during race four with Chevrolet, Dodge and Ford Super Late Models holding the top three point positions.

Dick Anderson of Wildwood, FL, driving a Chevrolet is the current point leader with 229 points over David Rogers piloting a Dodge, who trails by one. Leading rookie driver Tommy King is third in points in a Ford and is behind Anderson by 50 points.

Rogers, who held a slim FASCAR point lead going into the April race at USA Int'l Speedway, in Lakeland, FL was penalized one lap for an errant pit stop when pit road was closed and lost a lap. Rogers also passed the pace car during the same circuit.

Pit gates open at Orlando Speedworld 2 p.m. and admission price is $25. Front gates open at 6 p.m. and the ticket cost is $15. Children 12 and under are free.

Qualifying is at 7 p.m. with racing to follow.
