RICKY INGALLS WINS THIRD STRAIGHT SUPR RACE: Ricky Ingalls took the lead from brother Doug Ingalls on the 15th lap and went on to a 40-lap victory at Sabine Raceway in Many, La., his third consecutive SUPR win. Phillip Cooper rode the outside lane to finish second ahead of Jason Ingalls. Doug Ingalls -- the series points leader -- broke a ball joint on the 25th lap and left the race, finishing 19th. MINER WINS SOUTHERN ALL-STAR RACE: Mark Miner of Stockbridge, Ga., led all 50 laps for a $3,000 Southern All-Star victory at North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth. The 1996 series champion was challenged by Dewayne Hughes in the final 15 laps, but Miner held on for the victory. Buddy Morris, the fastest qualifier among 41 late models, finished third.
