SUSSEX, Wis. - Mark Dismore and the No. 44 Monster.com/WorldBestBuy.com team are very excited about going to The Milwaukee Mile for the ASA Series race this weekend. Not only is the Milwaukee track located close to home for the Herzog Motorsports team, but also is a track where the team has had much success. Dismore feels he can gain momentum going into last fifth of the season with a good run on Sunday.
"I am really looking forward to going to Milwaukee," Dismore said. "We've ran well at the larger tracks and seem to have a lot more luck on the big tracks. Not to say that we have been bad on the short tracks, but our finishes sure don't show it."
For the past five races, Dismore has encountered trouble at the short tracks. The results have been frustrating for Dismore, as well as the Herzog Motorsports team, but both are driven to succeed and turn the luck around this weekend.
"There is a lot of racing room at Milwaukee," Dismore said. "The team almost won this race last year and ran really well the year before. I anticipate the Monster.com/WorldBestBuy.com team getting out of our slump with a solid top-10 finish. The local support will also help, as I know there are more backers of this team up in the stands and I want to give them a good showing."
