"We are very pleased to have Racing Electronics back with the ASALMS once again for the third year in a row and to help us celebrate out Fifth Anniversary Season!" Stated ASALMS Founder/President, Ron Varney. "R.E. is a recognized leader in the industry and they've been a fixture at ASALMS races and will be for many more years to come." Varney added.
The Race Safe System (RSS System) is a dash mounted light that will alert the driver instantaneously when the yellow flag is displayed. The signal is controlled by the ASALMS Race Director up in the scoring tower, so as soon as the decision to put out the yellow flag is given, each and every driver will immediately know and be able to slow down and avoid incidents on the race track.
"The ASALMS has always been and will always be at the forefront of safety and innovation." Continued Varney when talking about the RSS System. "Safety is extremely important to me, and as the ASALMS owner, it is my job to make sure the drivers are as safe as they can be at all times." He added.
