Dave Klein announces a partial schedule with the ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts.

The state of Wisconsin, affectionately known as the Cheese State will be well represented throughout the 2005 season for the ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts. Another driver from the home of short track racing has announced his intentions for the upcoming season as Dave Klein has revealed plans for at least a partial schedule with the series in 2005.

"Our plan is to run first three races with ASA Late Model series and go from there." Said Klein as he discussed his plans for the 2005 racing season. "We'll run some Wisconsin area special events and go to Nashville, Tennessee in November for the All-American 400." Ended the Monona, Wisconsin veteran.

Over his 24-year career, Klein has over 15 feature wins at area tracks throughout Wisconsin. A former Wisconsin Dells (MI) Speedway Track Champion, his personal highlight was designing, and building the motor and chassis as well as driving in 2000 a Super Late Model to two feature wins, 11 top fives and fourth in points that year.

During the 2005 season, Klein's Ford Taurus will carry sponsorship from CD Racing as well as Badger Diversified Metals, and Performance Research.
