Chris Fontaine pulled double-duty last weekend in the FASCAR series taking home a 4th place finish in the 25 lap Late Model feature at Orlando Speedworld Friday night, and a 5th place finish in the 25 lap Late Model feature at New Symrna Speedway on Saturday night.

Chris started 3rd in the race at Orlando, and was challenging for 2nd until a slower car got in the way four laps into the race. On lap 11 a car got by Chris putting him in the 4th spot.

Two laps before the end, a slower car bunched up the leaders, putting Chris within striking distance of 2nd and 3rd spot, but he didn't have enough time to get by them before the checkered flag.

" On Saturday Chris started on the pole for the feature at New Symrna after drawing pills, and he ran third for more than half the race. Then he got loose in the corner with two laps to go because he had a tire going down, and ended up finishing fifth," Crewchief Kevin Ingram said.
