Nine local drivers from Florida Speed Park placed in the top 20 of the inaugural American Racing Association (ARA) Weekly Racing Series. This series involves seven tracks through the Southeast. Over 1,500 drivers competed in the racing series that started in April 1, 2000 and ended October 14, 2000. <pre> Below is a list of the local drivers, their position and division:
