Dusty Woodie Plans a Fresh Start with the ASA Late Model Series in 2005

Dusty Woodie from Coshocton, Ohio will return to the ASALMS in 2005 with a new Lefthander Monte Carlo, with assistance from veteran racer Scott Baker of Baker Performance.

Woodie's CT Racing team plans to run the full season and compete for the Rookie of the Year. The main sponsors of the white and blue No. 44 are Coshocton Trucking, Inc and Roma's Gift Gallery, Ltd and Klinect Race Cars. Mark Klinect of Klinect Race Cars will be returning as the crew chief again this year.

After a somewhat disappointing debut in the ASALMS in 2004, Dusty Woodie plans to build on his experience as a modified champion at Midvale Speedway in Midvale, Ohio and continue to compete in the ASALMS.

Woodie is operations and general manager of the family trucking business in Coshocton Ohio and is married to Michelle, a 5th grade teacher. They have two sons, Ethan, working on his first season in quarter midget cars, and Wesley who drives the No. 57 go cart at the family track constructed by his Dad so the whole family can enjoy the "need for speed
