Alan Troxell Announces 2005 CRA Super Series Schedule and Computer Renaissance Sponsorship

Sulpher Springs (IN): Former Anderson Speedway SuperTruck champion Alan Troxell announced Friday April 8th his intentions to run a limited schedule with the CRA Super Series Late Models in the upcoming 2005 season. Troxell also announced Computer Renaissance has inked a sponsorship deal as the primary sponsor for the 2005 season.

Troxell will participate in a limited schedule on the CRA Super Series circuit. The #95 Computer Renaissance Late Model driver plans to compete in three Anderson Speedway events including the CRA Super Series season opener April 16th and the Anderson 400 in July. Troxell also plans to enter the two CRA events at Winchester Speedway and Mansfield Motorsports Speedway (OH), in addition to races at Indianapolis Raceway Park, Salem Speedway and All American 300 in Nashville at the Music City Motorplex in November.

Troxell has successfully competed in CIKA, NASKART and was the 2001 SuperTruck track champion at Anderson Speedway and prior to that championship was Rookie of the Year in 1998 in the same division. To date Troxell has competed in eleven CRA events including the 2002 and 2003 Anderson 400's finishing 9th and 11th and also has two other top ten finishes in the former Sunoco Super Series Late Models. Troxell plans to use the Schwanke Sealed Engine program in the 2005 season. Associate sponsors 2005 will be Evart Engineering Middletown, IMS Electrical Noblesville, Hanna Auto Body Middletown and Tri County Plumbing Sulpher Springs.
