16 December, 2002 - American Sprintcar sensation, Jeff Shepard is only 3 days away from touching down at Adelaide airport to reunite with his adopted Australian family, the Disbury's.

The 31-year-old will drive the Disbury Family Racing Eagle with the support of Advanced Linemarking, Dave Jack Paving and Truckworks Australia in a total of 13 shows across three states of Australia.

A full schedule of Shepard's tour will be release in a few days time but it can be confirmed that he will make his debut in the prestigious World Series Sprintcars at Adelaide's Speedway City on December 26th.

Shepard debut for this season will also mark the team's debut of a some new carbon fibre products courtesy of Steve "Pommie" Phillips of A Certain Sign Graphics (ACSG).

ACSG have been manufacturing carbon fibre products for the Formula 500 division for over 12 months and are now beginning to produce quality products at a respectable price for Sprintcars.

"Darren has always had a very well presented team, whether it be his Formula or since moving into the Sprintcar ranks and I'm delighted to be able to use his team as a great marketing tool for my business," says Phillips.

"The list of carbon fibre products is ever expanding due to the light weight and durability of the material, with ACSG being a small company we can also manufacture to a teams individual needs.

"Some of the first products you will see on the DFR car will be shock covers, wheel trims and of course the top wing tip already in use by the team."
