FAYETTEVILLE, GA - The defending and three-time United Sprint Car Series Champion Terry Gray of Bartlett, TN had to battle back from an early race spin Saturday night to remain on top of the USCS National point standings. Gray recovered from the spin at Senoia Speedway in Senoia, GA to finish fourth.

Kenny Adams of Malabar, FL won the race, and closed to within six points of Gray. Gray was running fourth on lap 14 when he spun in oil laid down on the track by the third-place car of Joe Rebman of Mansfield, OH. Gray restarted in the ninth spot, and came back in the 40-lap event to finish fourth, and stay in front of Adams in the points chase.

Gray and Adams are the only two drivers that have competed in all ten USCS held this season, with six on dirt and four on asphalt. Gray has two wins, and eight top five finishes. Adams leads the series in victories with five wins to go along with seven top five finishes, eight top ten finishes, and four poles.
