Independence, MO 12/01/2004) It was announced today that the young fast Phnom from Olive Branch Mississippi, Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. will team up with Jeff Buckner to run various winged sprint car races in 2005 with sponsorship from Fast Effects Decals (www.fasteffectsdecals.com). The team plans to run between 60-65 races with sanctioning bodies such as the World of Outlaws, ASCS and USCS. Ricky will debut the Fast Effects Decals, J&J Chassis, DynoTech Engines machine at East Bay raceway in January during the "King of the 360's event." The car is on display at this week's PRI show in Indianapolis and will be on the J&J Chassis website as well as www.stenhousejr.com.

"I am very excited to be a part of this program." Said Ricky, "This deal was brought together pretty quickly and it is going to be a real cool thing for me and the team. The sponsor Fast Effects Decals has products that will allow us to change the design on the car as often as we want, and that is AWESOME! I also want to thank Short Man Racing, without all his support I would not be in this position."

During the 2004 season Ricky competed in various 360 and 410 sprint events and picked up two wins. His first win came at an ASCS national event at the historic Riverside Park where he led the most laps on his way to the win. The next win came at the 3rd Annual Competition Cams Memphis Nationals. Ricky took the lead on lap 9 and would not lose it as he picked up the $5,000 check for his efforts.

Jeff Buckner from Ripley, TN has watched young Ricky progress and feels this kid has the talent to go all the way. "This kid is it! He is the real deal!" said Buckner. "When you watch him handle a car it is apparent that he is pure raw talent. We are going to provide him with excellent equipment that will give him the best opportunity to win."

Ideas & Images, Inc was responsible for putting the deal with Fast Effects together. "This is a perfect fit for Fast Effects." Said Ideas & Images, Inc President Paul Joiner. "Fast Effects appeals to 12- 26 year olds and Sprint Car racing reaches this age group very effectively. Ricky is a very talented young driver as is very marketable and has an established fan base. We are going to work to increase that fan base all the while building a winning program and gaining customers for Fast Effects."
