ASCS Patriots Announce 2007 Awards Banquet Date

TULSA, Okla. (September 25, 2007)- As the 2007 ASCS Patriot Schedule winds down, post-season activities are now becoming set to reflect on a fantastic year and look ahead to what should be an ever better one.

For the second year in a row, the first Saturday in December will be the night to honor Chuck Hebing, the 2007 ASCS Patriot Champion for the second year in a row.

On Saturday, December 1, The All-New Holiday Inn and Suites, centrally located on Jefferson Road in Henrietta, NY, will be the host of the event. They have recently completed a massive face-lift to credit one location that has a spectacular banquet hall, as well as a quality place to spend the night.

The Historic Hawthorne's Resteraunt will cater the event. Hawthorne's has been doing business for more than a Century and has a location at the Holiday Inn to properly serve the finest of the ASCS Patriots.

"This is the perfect location for our banquet this year," said Regional Director Mike Emhof. "The renovations this place has gone through is a lot like the growth of the ASCS Patriots and I expect that this will continue to add more credibility to our series."

Among those honored on the night will be the Top-13 in points, who ran 2/3 of the races this year; as well as the Top-10 in the A-Verdi Storage Containers King of Central New York Series. Special Awards will include Hard Charger of the Year, Most Improved Driver and Highest Finishing Canadian.

Tickets for this event are just $30, which includes admission to the pre-banquet rules meeting, cocktail hour, dinner and dessert. Tickets may be purchased up until Thanksgiving by sending a check, made payable to ASCS Patriots, to Rich Vleck at 64 Straub Road, Rochester, NY 14626.
