National Sprint Tour to Begin Season at the Thunderbowl

As the National Sprint Tour continues to move forward, we are proud announce that the first ever race run under the National Sprint Tour Sanction will be at the Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare, CA on February 24th and 25th of 2006. The National Sprint Tour will also return to Tulare in the fall on October 13th and 14th.

Expressing his thoughts on the upcoming National Sprint Tour race at Tulare Thunderbowl, co-promoter Dennis Roth commented, "We are excited about going with Fred Brownfield because we know that Fred has sprint car racing in his heart, and he wants what is the best for the owners, the drivers, and the fans."

"We all know there was a change being needed. Everybody knows that Fred wants to make this work and everybody wants to work with him to make it work. I know that talking to my driver Danny (Lasoski) that he's excited about everything. I've talked to Steve Kinser and I think we all want to make a good situation out of this."

"The race at Tulare is going to be an exciting situation as it will be the first race for the National Sprint Tour. I believe having the National Sprint Tour race at Tulare will be good for the area and I know the people in our area are excited about having Steve Kinser and Danny, along with many other great drivers, back."
