17 year-old Danny "Hammer" Martin, Jr. Wins Again

Tampa Bay, FL - October 4, 2003 - Traffic school was in session and the two www.eFloridaTrafficSchool.com teams went to the head of the class. 17 year-old 2003 Young Gun Champion, Danny "Hammer" Martin, Jr. www.HammerMartin.com took time off from his busy 360 Sprint Car Schedule to make his first and so far only appearance in a Limited Sprint Car. Limited Sprint Cars are carbureted and run without wings. Hammer drove the #00 Schnee sprinter into the topless club, took center stage, and showed club regulars a good time at the 1/3 mile oval. Spending most of his time on the cushion, dancing dangerously close to the edge, Martin wins the A Main Feature Event.

Another rocket in the www.eFloridaTrafficSchool.com arsenal was Larry "Buzz" Brazil, Jr.. Brazil led the East Bay Raceway Park Limited Sprints points longer than anyone else in the 2003 season. Brazil set a new Limited Sprint Car track record of 16.423.

For Hammer, the event was a warm-up for October's United Sprint Car Series' Fall Brawl. In October, Martin will be stopping at Volusia Speedway Park, sponsor Robert Potter's Putnam County Speedway, and will spend Halloween in his Sprint Car Driver's costume on October 31 and November 1, 2003 at his home track, Eastbay Raceway Park.
