PONCE INLET, FL - The All Star Circuit of Champions sprint car series is set for a busy month of June with a baker’s dozen races coming up in three states.
The month kicks off in the Wolverine state with a pair of events. The All Star sprints invade Crystal Raceway in Michigan on Friday, June fifth for their only visit this year. The highlight of the evening is the "GM Powertrain 40" feature. Three area Chevrolet Dealers will have sprint cars on display all day Thursday, June 4 from 11 am to Friday at noon. In Lansing, defending All Star champion Frankie Kerr will be at Shaheen Chevrolet, in Grand Rapids long-time driver Keith Kauffman will be at Kool Chevrolet and in Mt. Pleasant, consistent feature winner Joey Saldana will be at M&M Chevrolet. The following night Sat. June 6 the All Stars return to the Butler Battlegrounds Speedway, located in Quincy.

All Star Sprint Speedweek is set to start Wednesday, June 10 through Sunday, June 14 This year’s version of five straight nights of open wheel competition kicks off for the very first time at Mercer Raceway Park off in Mercer on Wednesday June 10. Speedweek action switches to Port Royal Speedway on Thurs. June 11 and for the sixth straight year, Lernerville Speedway in Sarver prepares to host the series on Friday, where defending Western Pa. Speedweek Champion Keith Kauffman remains the only driver to win twice in the previous five years. Pittsburgh’s Pa. Motor Speedway In Imperial ranks their Saturday night June 13 Speedweek show up as one of their biggest attractions of the season. The $5,000 to win finale at Tri City Speedway, just north of Franklin, will be on Sunday, June 14.
Saturday, June 20 action moves to K-C Raceway., south of Chillicothe, OH and the following Saturday Eldora Speedway near Rossburg hosts their annual Anniversary Race.
Ohio Outlaw Sprint Speedweek kicks off in June this year, returning to the traditional opener at Flag City Motorsports Park in Findlay, on Sunday, June 28. Monday, the $4,000 to win show moves to Wayne Co,. Speedway in Orrville, and Skyline Speedway in Stewart will be in action for Speedweek, Tuesday, June 30 to close the month.
