Ken Leavitt and the Anger Issues Racing Team are extremely excited about "rolling in" 2005. "Not that type of rolling. been there done that!". says Andy Leavitt., 2nd driver for the team. After flipping the Ford Bronco in 2004 at the Dusty Times 250, Andy swears he will keep the "rubber side down and the shiny side up". The team was happy to report they still finished 2nd out of 7 in the Heavy Metal Class. racing against traditionally faster class 8 and 7 trucks.

Ken, Andy, and the rest of the team look forward to ending the 6 race winning streak of the Moss Brothers. "Enough is enough", says Ken. "We really enjoy racing with the other competitors in Class 3, Short Wheel Base 4x4, but it's our turn!".

Ray Leavitt, Crew Chief (and Ken's dad), was happy to report that testing has been excellent. "Last year in Laughlin, we had the old Stone Stock setup with a measly 9 inches of wheel travel. This year, the Bronco has numerous improvements: King Coilovers, Deaver leafs, and a radio that actually works! We are ready to win!"

On the charity front, Ken has announced that 20% of all 2005 SCORE payback winnings will be donated to the Southern Nevada Firefighter's Burn Center Foundation. Nate Pechacek, President of the Association has reported: "It is important that we continue to give to the less fortunate families in the Southern Nevada area. Ken and Andy Leavitt have proven that they care, and continue to support us."

Look for the white Ford Bronco in Laughlin and cheer them on! Following this race, San Felipe is a mere 6 weeks away!
