Top level Mazda race team and growing motorsports business bring on additional manpower for expansion

FORT WORTH, TX (January 3, 2007) --- Motorsport Enterprises Racing (MER) have announced today the addition of a new partnership to the growing organization. Marc Miller will partner with team principals of MER to assist in the development of the company in all aspects of the business and the company's motorsports program, "Team MER", which spent much of the 2006 season dominating the inaugural 'SCCA Sirius Satellite Radio Mazda MX-5 Cup Presented by Hankook' Championship.

A veteran professional racer, Miller has competed for the past four seasons in Canada's National stock car series, CASCAR (now owned by NASCAR) as the only American pilot. Throughout his career, Marc has been at the forefront of racing-related promotions, graphic design and sponsorship. He will lend these and other talents to the team, giving Team MER a renewed presence and promotional prowess. In addition, Marc will lend his driver instruction experience to the team, serving as lead instructor and data engineer for the team's customers.

"I'm excited to be working with an organization like Motorsport Enterprises Racing (MER)," said Miller. " Upon discussions with the team principals, it quickly became clear that my skills and experience were a perfect match for them. It's not often that everything aligns quite so well, so I look forward to a fruitful partnership."

Team owner Shannon McMasters echoed that sentiment, adding that he's excited about the higher level of satisfaction the team's customers will enjoy.

"Marc brings a lot to the table with as a driver and someone with a keen marketing sense," said McMasters. "Though he may not be in the seat for the year, we will count on him to help elevate all of our driver's abilities and bring more championships and race wins to the team."

First on the list is to establish the MER name further among the motorsports community. The company plans to expand the range of business objectives as well as to provide more incentives for both their prep-service customers and racing team. MER will sport anew look and website by middle-January and will be announcing the driver line-up for the 2007 racing season within the next few weeks.
