      <description><![CDATA[Late news came from Argentina today on Sebastien Coue who crashed on the second stage and was reported not checking in at the bivouac.  The Frenchman who races a Yamaha in the Bike category was found unconscious in remote sand dunes with temperatures hovering around 104 degrees in the region.
