A very good start for Thomas Biagi in the Speedcar Series

Tomorrow he will start in the third position

Very good progress for our driver Thomas Biagi at hist first time during the second proof of Speedcar Series in Bahrain. Nineth during the first session of freeproofs; seventh in the general ranking; sixth in the first race.

These are the first comments of the driver from Bologna: "I'm very happy. I've reached my goal of doing my best without mistakes and keep among the "big" despite my low vehicle experience among all. During the fist moments of the race, I had to face Gianni Morbidelli a senior in the category (I've learned a lot keeping close to him), I want to thank for his friendly advice. I ended up on the finishing line very close to him and to the first places. I enjoyed myself driving such a car: very high horsepower, no discount on mistakes above all while breaking and a driver can really show his own style. It reflects Stock Car stlyle. For this beautiful experience I have to thank Claudio Berro, all the co-ordinators of Speedcar and the drivers who have tracked the F1 history such as Alesi, Herbert, Morbidelli and Frentzen for their welcome."

Tomorrow Thomas for the first time in his carreer will drive in a Championship where the 8 first positions on the starting grid are inverted, thus implying more show and bagarre. Consequently, he will start third in the second race at 15.00 local time.
