ROBERT DAVIS RACING RACKS UP FOUR MORE NASA VICTORIES
Mazda RX-8 Team Scores Big at California Speedway

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., March 24, 2008 -- Robert Davis Racing (RDR) enjoyed a successful race weekend with the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) at California Speedway on March 21st and 22nd. The team swept the Performance Touring (PT) D class on both Friday and Saturday and added Performance Touring B and C class wins on Saturday.

While the weekend was successful it was not without incidents. In Friday's Qualifying session Jim Holloway had heavy contact with a tire barrier and was unable to race that day. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the RDR crew, Holloway returned to race on Saturday bringing home the PTB victory.

Jim Daniels in the RDR #76 PTC Mazda RX-8 had ABS brake problems in the Friday race, sending 4 new Hoosier Race Tires to the recycling center in a cloud of heavy smoke, with major flat spots. The problem was corrected on Saturday and Daniels scored the PTC win.
