NASA National Championships Return to Miller Motorsports Park

America's second-biggest amateur sports car race at MMP this weekend

TOOELE VALLEY, UTAH (September 15, 2010) -- This weekend's National Auto Sport Association (NASA) National Championships at Miller Motorsports Park will be a literal smorgasbord of speed for sports car enthusiasts.

More than 350 cars from all across the United States in a large variety of classes, ranging from Mazda Miatas to fire-breathing Corvettes and stock cars, have converged on Miller Motorsports Park to determine who is the best of the best in what will be the second-biggest amateur sports car race in North America.

The battles will be settled on the ultra-fast 3.048-mile Outer Course, with action getting underway Thursday morning. Practice and qualifying sessions and qualifying races will run on Thursday and Friday, with the National Championship races taking place on Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets are priced at $6 per day for adults on Saturday and Sunday, with kids 12 and under free. Admission on Friday is free for everyone.
