DMS NORTH AMERICA AND MSI (MOORE-SPORT INC.) ANNOUNCE A CONTINUATION OF THEIR CONTINGENCY PROGRAMS FOR THE 2008 UNITED STATES RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP

(February 22, 2008) DMS North America Shock Absorbers (DMS) and MSI / ALCON Components have announced a continuation of two Contingency and Support Programs for the 2008 United States Rally Championship (USRC).

Competitors are invited to participate in both Contingency and Support Programs by following instructions published at www.usrallychampionship.com. Registered teams must display decals identifying the sponsors of the Contingency Programs on the competition vehicles. Photos of the registered vehicles will be required. Competitors may also obtain required decals and register for the Programs at every USRC event.

At every event of the United States Rally Championship, awards will be earned by the highest placed competitors in AWD and 2WD categories.

DMS North America (www.dmsnorthamerica.com) has been a major supplier for competition suspension for both gravel and tarmac rally cars. DMS has introduced some new high-end 5-way adjustable systems to continue to stay on top of the competition and offer products to all levels of competitors from amateur racers to professional factory backed teams.

MSI continues to support and distribute a large line of competition products, and will be administering the ALCON Components program for USRC. Racer discounts and payouts are available on all ALCON products, as well as MSI chassis components.

The USRC is the only National Championship in the United States that offers a combination of gravel and tarmac rallies with most events allowing full reconnaissance and pace notes. In addition, most USRC rallies are conducted under Super Rally Regulations, allowing teams to restart on day-two after a day-one DNF.
