Tim Trenker Won 2004 Qatar Baja

Sadafco DHL TT Racing & Top UAE Moto entrant German Moto rider Tim Trenker won the second Qatar Baja, which is being observed by the FIA for possible inclusion in the 2005 FIA Championship and takes place on November 25th- 27th, 2004.

Trenker Starts from seventh position after finishes seventh on prologue stage, catching all the six rider starts affront of him, and he was the first moto pass on all the 240 km check points, with total 28 check points, finish six minutes ahead of Italian Oscar Polli.

"I am very happy with this result, specially for my new sponsor, It's very difficult race with a lot of navigation, different terrain in just 200 km, but it's good for me and my sponsors" Tim Trenker on the end of 2004 Qatar Baja.

Cars victory went to local hero Nasser Saleh Al-Attiyah, 2003 Middle East rally champion, Nasser with new Chevrolet Protruck and his new co-driver Didier Le Gal finishes more than one hour ahead of 2004 Dakar winner Spaniard Juan Roma on his rally debut on car, with Jarallah Al-Marri third on Land Rover.
