Randy Pobst hits the airwaves prior to World Challenge Series race at Road Atlanta

Gainesville, Georgia (Monday October 1, 2007): Randy Pobst, driver of the K-PAX/3R Racing Porsche 911 GT Cup car, will be taking to the airwaves on in his home state of Georgia on WATG 95.7 FM in Rome Georgia on Tuesday Morning October 2nd as Randy and the SCCA SPEED World Challenge Championship Series returns to Road Atlanta in Braselton Georgia.

Pobst, who resides in Gainesville Georgia, will be on air with Elizabeth Davis to talk about the return of the World Challenge Championship Series to Road Atlanta Raceway as well as his efforts to possibly win both the GT and Touring Car drivers' championships in 2007.

Randy Pobst will be in action in both the World Challenge GT and Touring Car events at Road Atlanta as he has been for the entire season as Randy and his No. 22 K-PAX 3R Racing Porsche leads a very tight GT points chase by only 4 points. Randy is in second place in Touring Car in his MazdaSpeed Mazda 6 where he trails his Tri-Point team mate Jeff Altenburg by 14 points with two races remaining.

Pobst and Davis will be giving away 4-packs of tickets to the Petite LeMans race weekend during the broadcast which will also be broadcast on WLAQ talk-radio or Rome which can be found at 1410 on the AM dial.
