Vincec leads Sunoco Team Ultra 94 in round four; Vincec 5th, Raimondo 7th in round four
SEBRING, FLORIDA After a strong showing in round three of the Skip Barber Southern Regional Series, both Sunoco Team Ultra 94 drivers, Mike Vincec and Gianmarco Raimondo were looking forward to round four on Sunday.
Both drivers started on row two Raimondo third, Vincec fourth. With a dry track, both drivers drove good races to finish well and gain valuable championship points. Vincec came home fifth, while Raimondo was seventh.
"Sebring is really a difficult racetrack technically," Ron Fellows said. "Mike and Gianmarco gained a great deal of experience this weekend, which will help them down the road. They raced in a variety of conditions, and on Sunday, they started well and were able to run in the lead pack. Both did a great job representing Sunoco and Team Ultra 94, and we'll look forward to the next rounds at Homestead."
The Sunoco Team Ultra 94 drivers are finished racing for this year, and will be back in action on January 26-27 at Homestead-Miami Speedway for rounds five and six.
