Frisselle came out strong in Friday afternoon's qualifying session, finishing in an impressive P2. Saturday morning's qualifying session did not go as well for the young rookie, who was disappointed with the results. "I felt that I had the ability to be quicker, but I was unable to execute the fast laps that I needed to put me in a better position. However, I am confident in my ability to move up through the field in the race!"

Frisselle executed an excellent performance in Saturday's first race. The young rookie from Hawaii was able to defend his P2 position at the start, and he and leader Raphael Matos quickly broke away from the rest of the field. "I felt confident that I was faster than Raphael" Frisselle stated. "I was able to make a move to pass him on the outside of two, and from there on out I maintained my lead and claimed victory."

Frisselle drove exceptionally well in the final race of the weekend. The young rookie lost one position on the restart, as Matt Jaskol made a pass at the end of turn two. However, Frisselle quickly overcame Jaskol to reclaim P5. From there, Frisselle set his sights on Raphael Matos, who he ran down and passed. The rookie from Hawaii continued to charge through the field, passing Philippe Gelinas with an impressive run in turn eleven.

Although the battle between P3-P5 allowed Salvador Duran and Gerardo Bonilla to break away from the field, Frisselle continued on his charge and quickly caught Bonilla. "I just put my head down and concentrated on executing fast laps," Frisselle commented. "I was able to overcome Gerardo in turn four by staying in a lower gear, and from there I set my sights on Salvador." The young rookie overcame Duran with only four laps remaining, and continued on to claim victory with a margin of nearly 1.5 seconds.

"This weekend was amazing," Frisselle stated. "Finishing the season with three consecutive wins is incredible. My last race was my best performance of the season, as I achieved the honors of most progressive driver and executed the fastest race lap." Frisselle continued, "I am thrilled to finish fourth in such a competitive championship. I look forward to racing in the Barber Dodge Pro Series next year with the goal of claiming the Rookie of the Year title. In addition, it will be great to be racing in the same series as my brother, Burt, who has provided me with tremendous support and guidance throughout this season."
