Team Owner Steve Djelebian commented on the today's announcement,
"Now that the US F2000 series is aligned with Grand Am, Marc will have a greater opportunity to meet other team owners and decision makers in the hope of advancing his future. He is also a great asset to our team, as he will be sharing some of his experience with his talented teammate, Billy Asaro. We are hoping for good results from both drivers at Homestead, March 3."

Key Motorsport still has one available seat for the 2001 season. Funded drivers wishing to race with a competitive team should contact steve@keymotorsport.com for additional information. The team won five races last year and enjoyed regular podium finishes throughout the last season.
