LEIMER LEADS FORMULA MASTER TEST IN IMOLA

Jenzer Motorsport's Fabio Leimer led the times for this morning's official International Formula Master (IFM) test session in Imola, Italy, with a best lap of 1:37.782.

JD Motorsport's Vladimir Arabadzhiev followed with a fastest time of 1:38.100, whilst the Iris Project duo of Patrick Reiterer and Simon Trummer posted the third and fourth fastest times with laps of 1:38.209 and 1:38.280 respectively.

Teams ISR and Cram Competition also featured in the morning's top eight times with Filip Salaquarda recording the sixth fastest lap and Cram's Alessandro Kouskin placed in eighth.

Today's only newcomer, 17-year-old American Alexander Rossi, recorded a fastest lap of 1:39.135 for Trident Racing on his first outing in an IFM car.
