Coloni Motorsport wants to give a victory in F. 3 to Dome on Magione (I) track.

Coloni Motorsport is ready for the third round of the Italian F. 3 Championship in Magione and this race will be really a particular challenge for the Italian squad.

First of all, the "Borzacchini" track in Magione by now is the "home" circuit for Coloni Motorsport, the same circuit where the Coloni's single-seater which participated to the F. 1 Championship in the past years moved his first steps, and then is a date with a particular meaning for the whole team and for the drivers.

The other reason is the presence in Magione of the Dome president, the prestigious Japanese factory that --together with Lola- designed and built the new F106/03 single-seater, a car which took for the first time a podium in Europe thanks to Coloni two weeks ago in Binetto (I).

Meanwhile, Marco Bonanomi and Christian Montanari continued to work to the car development in the past week, testing in Magione new technical solutions for the rear suspension, solutions that fully satisfied both drivers. The engagements for the two young sprouts of Coloni Motorsport didn't finished here, given that, just ended the tests, Marco and Christian moved to Imola in occasion of the F.1 and F.3000 GP in order to support the team.

Christian Montanari also joined the Drivers Football Team, together with the great names of the F.1 like Schumacher, Alonso, Fisichella and Trulli, for a friendly match before the San Marino GP.

Now the team is already working on the Magione track to prepare to the best the "home" race, because tomorrow (Friday) is scheduled the free practice which will give the first indications for the Sunday afternoon race.

Christian Montanari , driver:
"Is unnecessary to say that we're really confident for the Magione race, the "home" race. We worked a lot and hardly to prepare to the best this date so important for Coloni Motorsport: I'm really satisfied with the great improvements obtained in the test in Magione and I'm sure that we will give great results to our team".

Marco Bonanomi , driver:
"After the Magione test I can certainly say that the car is really improved, we are getting more and more competitive and in the team as well the things are going very good. I will apply myself hard in this week end, first for Coloni Motorsport, I know it's a very important race, and then to show to Dome that we're working really well".
