Indianapolis, Ind. (December 9, 2003)--Looking to strengthen Championship Off Road Racing, Terry Severson has been promoted to the full-time Director of Competition and Tech. Severson has worked with Championship Off Road Racing since 1999, and became Technical Director in 2002.

In a second staff addition, Diana Hurst joined the Championship Off Road Racing family as the Director of Business Development. Diana has 15 years of marketing and community relations experience. In her most recent position, Diana led the marketing efforts for one of Indiana's largest electric utilities.

As the Director of Business Development, Diana will provide marketing tools for the track promoters and will assist Jamie Devney in building successful sponsorship programs. Diana will also develop new business opportunities for Marty Reid Enterprises, the production arm of CORR. Diana is involved in the community and has been responsible for raising funds for the American Cancer Society, the United Way, as well as a variety of civic organizations and scholarship programs. Diana is a lifetime resident of Avon, Indiana and has two daughters and one grandson.

"I'm very excited to introduce Diana to the CORR family," said CORR President Marty Reid. "Along with Diana coming on board with CORR, and Terry's addition as the full-time Competition and Technical Director, this is a major step forward for the CORR Lucas Oil Series. More than ever, we are dedicated to making Championship Off Road Racing the 'place to race off- road'," noted Reid.
