Mongo Racing looks forward to the 2005 Best in the Desert-racing season with new and renewed sponsors.

"We're excited by the addition of Diagtek as our Scan Tool of choice," said Randy Merritt driver/owner of the Mongo Racing 2004 Ford F-150 desert racer #8102. "Diagtek Scan Tool is a key Item for me" glows certified Master Technician Chris Golding. "I know Diagtek is the leader in PDA based Scan Tools for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles."

"There's more technology in stock class racing than ever before," continued Golding.

"Based on our experiences, we'll provide feedback to Diagtek. Providing our sponsors with technology feedback from the extremes of Desert Racing is part of how we do business at Mongo racing. A great example is how we work with returning supporters including Ford Truck - builders of "Built Ford Tough" Trucks; Sway-A-Way - a leader in racing and pre-running suspension components; and KC Hilites - the leader in Automotive and All- terrain vehicle lighting."

The next race for the Mongo Racing 2005 Ford F-150 is the Best In The Desert's "Terrible's Town 250" in Pahrump, NV April 29 thru May 30, 2005.
