Darrell Alderman, driver of the Team Mopar Pro Stock Dodge Avenger has qualified for final eliminations on Sunday. Seated 11th for the finals, Alderman has high hopes of bringing the win home. His teammate, Team Mopar driver Scott Geoffrion, had a good day but missed the mark for Sunday placing 17th

"I'm so pumped up about tomorrow, it feels really good to be back in the game again. We've got a few minor changes, but I'm confident that we're going to be tough to beat. We've been on the mark lately and Scott is almost there. Soon "The Dodge Boys will be back on top," said Darrell Alderman, driver of the Team Mopar Pro Stock Dodge Avenger.

The Dodge Motorsports Pro Stock Avengers driven by John Nobile of Melville, New York and Larry Morgan of Newark, Ohio finished 22nd and 26th respectively.

Craig Eaton, driver of the Dodge Motorsports Dakota R/T in the Pro Stock Truck division was eliminated from the finals in 25th place. The other Dodge Motorsports Dakota R/T driven by Todd Patterson placed 26th taking him out of the finals on Sunday.

"It's hard to race back to back weekends. It will feel good to have a week in the shop to prepare for the next race in Richmond, We've had some problems but hopefully we can find and pinpoint the trouble and fix it," said Craig Eaton, driver of the Dodge Motorsports Pro Stock Truck Dakota R/T.

The Team Mopar Dodge Dakota R/Ts driven by Bo Nickons and Dale Eaton placed 32nd and 33rd respectively taking them out of the finals on Sunday.

"We just couldn't get the pull we needed from the start. We tried a couple of different things with the clutch but nothing seemed to work, Our goal is to work hard this week to have the perfect set up in Richmond," said Bo Nickens, driver of the Team Mopar Dodge Dakota R/T.

The MATCO/Mopar Parts Dodge Avenger driven by Dean Skuza qualified solidly in the 5th position for the final round after blowing the burst panel out of his car and breaking the windshield on the second run on Saturday.
